Terms of Service

Sports & Caffeine is a discovery platform for sports venues and events, presented on a map and a timeline. We provide the service "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially at this early stage.

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide truthful information when creating your profile.

Venue owners may claim or register a business profile for their establishment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish about that venue (address, contact, photos, and description).

Verification of a business profile (the badge indicating the venue has been confirmed) is granted exclusively by a platform administrator after review — it is not something the profile's owner can activate themselves.

You must not post content that is illegal, misleading, infringes on others' rights, or harasses other people. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict accounts that violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions are not yet available in this version of the product. When they launch, this section will be updated with pricing, recurring billing, and payment processor details (Asaas), and you will be informed before any charge.

Once subscriptions are active, you will be able to cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the period already paid for, without a prorated refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may hide content or temporarily suspend an account that violates these terms. Final account deletion, when you request it, is recorded as a request and reviewed by an administrator before being processed irreversibly; see our Privacy Policy for the details of that process.

Sports & Caffeine and its brand belong to its operator. You retain rights to the content you post, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform. Third-party map data follows its own licenses — see the Data sources page.

Information about venues and events is supplied by users and by third-party sources and may be outdated or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of any listed venue. Use of the service is at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the last update; material changes will be communicated visibly in the app.
